The Muscle Activating Rub also contains willow bark, meadowsweet and clary extract – used for hundreds of years to naturally reduce pain and inflammation – to decrease any residual muscle and joint stiffness, soreness and tightness from previous training.

How to use: Before exercise, apply a 10p sized amount to key muscle groups and massage vigorously into the skin until absorbed.

Not suitable for use on the face or damaged and broken skin. Avoid contact with the eyes. If irritation occurs discontinue use.
